We’re a little late posting it but on August 22nd we bought our first house 
If you’re looking to buy your soon to be home, I 100% recommend Mark Abbott he’s seriously the best. The process is super stressful no doubt about it but he was a ton of help. If you want his contact info let me know.

Mr. Abbott is the best realtor I have ever worked with, he made me feel comfortable, he always gave me GOOD advice. I can’t say that for other realtor’s that I’ve consulted about being an agent for me in the past. I totally trust Mr. Abbott for my real estate needs and would highly recommend him!
Mark may just be the most patient man in real estate. It took 8 months but we were finally able to find a home and close (the Fed didn't do me any favors). He's very knowledgeable and, while he'll remind you often that he's not an inspector, has a good eye for spotting potential problems in a home you might not see right away. One more thing, he may not even know he does it but he'll make you feel like you're his only client. Thanks, Mark!
Mark Abbott is one of the best in the industry I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was able to do what many others would not be able to: he sold a home to me from 1,000 miles away, and made it happen just as if I were right next door. The experience from start to finish nearly effortless, I really can’t say enough about how wonderful the first time home purchase experience was. His wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry had a lot to do with it, along with his personal approach and attention to every detail. The level of customer service & business deals went this well. I have since recommended him to my brother, whom he also sold a home to recently. I’ll be telling all of my friends to go see Mark Abbott if they ever ask about buying or selling a property!
Mark is awesome! As a professional in the building industry and a former Realtor myself, I could not be happier with the service I recieved from Mark. Working for a major Builder in Columbus and having been a Realtor myself, I know many people that we could have used to sell our property but wanted to look for someone closer to the area we were selling in. We did some research and saw that Mark had some listings in the area and he was very responsive and professional when I called him to inquire. After a couple conversations with him, I felt very comfortable using Mark and felt like I could trust him to be up front and honest with me. We listed with Mark in mid April 2020 during the entire Covid 19 quarantine and still went into contract and closed in less than 30 days. This would not have been possible without a true professional like Mark working hard to sell our property for us. Mark is a genuine great person and I can not say enough great things about someone I didn’t know 2 months ago and how well he took care of me. He is definitely worth using on your next real estate purchase or sale.
We liked the top agent with a large real estate company who helped us with purchasing our home in Philadelphia. We hired him to sell our home when we moved here and he has really let us down. We like him but it’s been very frustrating for us working with some of the other people in his organization and compared to the way we interacted with you it’s been like night and day. We really appreciated your professionalism and how easy it was to get in contract with you and get things done. It’s been very difficult getting things done with the other agent and a lot of things aren’t being done easily as they should be. I wanted to personally thank you for all the effort you gave us. We love the new house and appreciate the advice and guidance you gave us.
